- Support. An installation that will not link, a workflow that refuses to save, a run that never shows. Name the account, the repository, and the message you saw.
- Privacy and data requests. What Repo Fleet holds about you, a copy of it, or deleting your account and everything linked to it.
- Security reports. A vulnerability in Repo Fleet or its GitHub App. Say what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us time to fix it before you publish.
- Sales. Pricing, invoicing, procurement questionnaires, and what a larger team needs.
How soon a reply comes
A person answers within two working days. A security report gets an acknowledgement within one working day, and a fix as fast as we can make it.
